Donates two Literature Display Stands to

the Belleville Public Library & John M. Parrott Art Gallery

Belleville, January 11, 2012 – Finding out more about developmental services and other social service agencies in the Belleville area has become as simple as a visit to the Belleville Public Library, thanks to Community Living Belleville and Area and Union Gas–A Spectra Energy Company.

Made possible through a donation to Community Living Belleville and Area, two attractive and very useful Literature/Brochure Display Stands have been donated to the Belleville Public Library and John M. Parrott Art Gallery. One of the display stands, situated on the library's main floor, features brochures and literature from area developmental services and other agencies, and is maintained and kept stocked by a person supported by Community Living Belleville and Area. The second display stand, situated upstairs near the John M. Parrott Art Gallery, features brochures and literature from area artists.

Sharon Wright, Manager of Community Development and Volunteer Services at Community Living Belleville and Area said"this donation has created a community partnership with a focus on working together to achieve success. One of the people we support will be making regular visits to the library and to area agencies to ensure that the brochure display stand is kept stocked with brochures and literature in a neat and professional manner.”

"Union Gas actively encourages and promotes environmental responsibility throughout our distribution area,” said Phil Langlois, Utility Service Construction Manager at Union Gas. "We are pleased to partner with Community Living Belleville and Area in their efforts to build and sustain a healthy and successful community.”
